haiz...last nite i didnt slept well ...n taday i woke up at 730...
coz went to the taman tasik for jogging...i very tired n no energy to run a big round...
when i was tired i stoped running just walked only...ha^^finally i got ran abt 2 big round....
the scene is beautiful...i lv it ...after tat ,went to scrambled at bukit hartamas...
two sports do in a one day ...omg ....cant imagine tat i can do it ...
when we started scrambled ...i was the slowly one ,haha ..coz i have no more energy already...
n i call them to go first...n i sat down rested 4 a while...
when i want to cotinued my way...i can t saw them already...too far already...
n i walked alone ...i enjoyed it...hehe...walked silently...
unfortunately,i cant found them coz got two road diverge in the jungle...
so i dont no wat to take ...so i just had a one choice only ...is went down lo...
n waited them went down...i m so tired today ,later os got go out for dinner...haiz...
tired so so.....~
